• Create shot list on the Shot Lists page now builds the list for you. It asks whether to separate the formals into before and after the ceremony, generates the list, and opens it. You no longer have to open the wedding and generate it yourself.
• If you click Create shot list on a wedding with no family or wedding party added yet, Daymarked takes you to that wedding's Family & Wedding Party tab and asks for the people first, instead of a shot list page with nothing to build from.
• If you click Create shot list before building a grouping template, Daymarked now explains that a template comes first and gives you a button straight to the template builder. Before, it sent you to a page where nothing could be generated.
• The Shot Lists page has a list view. Use the grid/list toggle next to Customize template to switch to a table of shot list, couple, wedding date, and shot and people counts. Click a column heading to sort by it. Weddings without a shot list still appear, with Create shot list in the first column. Sorting by shot list name puts those weddings at the top, so you can pull up everything still needing a list. Daymarked remembers your choice.

• Build backwards has moved into the New Block button on the timeline. Click the arrow next to New Block to find it.
• Several parts of the app are easier to read. Table headers on the Timelines, Shot Lists, Questionnaires and Vendors pages are lighter and have more room, the menu text in the sidebar is brighter, the wedding details panel has a cream background behind its tabs, and the buttons above the timeline are larger.

• Build backwards can now be cancelled. Opening it from the timeline toolbar asked whether there was a first look, and both answers built the timeline, so a mis-click meant deleting the blocks by hand.
• Copy link on a shot list failed in Safari with a permission error instead of copying. It now copies correctly.
• Copying a client's access link from the People tab failed in Safari the same way. It now copies correctly.

New

• Questionnaire templates: create more than one named questionnaire, for example a full wedding and an elopement. Each template has its own always-on link, and a couple who answers through it gets that template's questions on their wedding.

• The Questionnaires page now has two views. Responses shows couple submissions waiting for review plus every questionnaire answer across your weddings in one list, with a gold dot on responses you have not read yet. Templates is where you build each questionnaire and manage its link.

• Always-on questionnaire link: paste one link into your CRM email templates and every couple gets your questionnaire without you creating anything first. Their answers wait in Daymarked for you to review, then turn into a wedding in a click or merge into one you already made. You will find it on the Questionnaires page.

• The questionnaire pages couples see now carry your studio branding: your logo, colors, and fonts.

• The questionnaire editor shows your questionnaire exactly as a couple will see it, with your branding. Edit the cover title and welcome message, add an optional header and note to each section, and edit questions right in place.

• Couples fill out one questionnaire. The intake link now collects every section: wedding details, family and wedding party, and your vendor team.

• Each wedding can use any of your questionnaire templates. Pick the template from the wedding's Questionnaire tab; it locks once the couple has answered.

• Every response has its own page. Open a submission from the Responses list to read the answers, turn it into a new wedding, add it to an existing one, or dismiss it. A likely matching wedding is suggested at the top.

• Export a wedding's questionnaire responses to an Excel file from its response page.

• Location questions can also ask for a start time, and time questions accept natural typing like "3pm".

• Wedding date double-check: the questionnaire cover asks couples to type their wedding date. Their entry never changes the wedding, but if it differs from the date on file you get a notification and a note on the response, so a wrong booking date gets caught before the wedding.

Improved

• The questionnaire looks the same everywhere: the intake link, the questionnaire link, and the client portal all use the same cover sheet and step-by-step flow, with your branding. For existing weddings the cover comes prefilled with the couple's names.
• Questionnaire links no longer stop working after the couple submits. Couples can reopen the same link any time to update their answers, until you revoke the link or archive the wedding.
• New couple submissions show up three ways so they are never missed: a bell notification, an email, and a count on the Questionnaires menu item. Opening a submission clears its new-response marker and the counts.
• The Responses list is now a table showing when each response arrived, the couple, the connected wedding, and the template used.
• Creating a wedding from a submission asks you to confirm first, so a stray click cannot use a wedding credit.
• The Timelines list view matches the look of the app's other tables.

Improved

• The top bar on a phone now shows just the menu button, your studio name (centred), and your avatar. Longer studio names were being cut off. Notifications, Help, and your plan or credit details moved into the menu, and the menu button shows a dot when you have unread notifications. Tapping Notifications there opens them in a panel that slides up from the bottom of the screen. The top bar is unchanged on a computer.
• The menu on a phone now covers the full screen, with larger text and taller rows that are easier to tap. Its dark background runs to the very top and bottom edges of the device. Notifications and Help now sit at the top of the menu next to the close button, so the list below is just your pages, and your plan badge sits between them.
• Product Feedback now sits at the end of the menu list, below a divider, instead of being pinned to the bottom of the sidebar, and is styled as a plain grey button rather than a gold one. This applies on both a phone and a computer.
• The Free Trial and Beta badges no longer show a small icon before the label.
• On a phone, the heading and timeline count now sit closer to your list of timelines, with less empty space between them.
• Timeline cards now line up with the rest of the page instead of sitting slightly narrower than the heading above them.
• The Timelines page is more compact on a phone. Each timeline card is about a quarter shorter, with the share button and the shot-list, questionnaire and comment icons moved up onto the same line as the wedding date, and the divider removed. New Wedding now sits at the top right, next to the "Your Timelines" heading.
• On a phone, Timelines always shows cards, so the grid/list switch and the date sort are gone from that screen. Both are unchanged on a computer, and your choice there is remembered.
• On a phone, switching between active and archived timelines now happens from the timeline count under the heading: tap "2 active timelines" to pick a list. This replaces the large Active/Archived buttons, which took up a lot of room. The buttons are unchanged on a computer.
• On a phone, the Timelines page for a new account now puts a large New Wedding button right below the header, above the "Your first timeline awaits" text. There is no longer a large gap of empty space above it. The page is unchanged on a computer.
• The "Install Daymarked" prompt now sits below that button when you have no timelines yet, instead of above it. It still appears above your list once you have timelines, and it stays available in Settings after you dismiss it.

• The "Install Daymarked" prompt now lines up with the rest of the Timelines page on a phone. It was indented further than everything below it.
• Pages no longer sit lower than they should when you use the app in a phone browser. The app was sizing itself to include the strip behind the browser's address bar and bottom toolbar, so centred content and the bottom tab bar were pushed out of view.
• In a phone browser, the strip behind the status bar at the top of the screen now matches the app instead of showing as a slightly different colour above the top bar.
• On a phone, Timelines now lists your next wedding first, with past ones below it. It was showing the oldest wedding on your books at the top.

Fixed

• The Share menu no longer shows a single Copy link and PDF button first, then rearranges itself as your other audiences load. It now shows placeholder rows until every audience is ready, so you cannot click the wrong button by accident. Reopening the menu keeps what it already loaded.
• Tapping into a form field on your phone no longer leaves the page zoomed in and scrolled sideways.
• The Vendors page's search and category filter now wrap onto a second line on a phone instead of running off the edge of the screen.
• The New Wedding, Messages, and Email Questionnaire panels no longer run off the left edge of the screen on a phone, where part of them was impossible to reach.
• Dashboard buttons (view toggle, Active/Archived filter, date sort, and the timeline menu) are now easier to tap on a phone. They were too small to reliably tap before, and the toolbar could overflow the screen.
• Pages across the app (Settings, Blocks, Roadmap, Shot Lists, Team, Questionnaires, and Vendors) now use narrower side margins on a phone, matching the rest of the app. The Timelines dashboard's header and list view got the same fix. The Shot Lists page header no longer runs off the edge of the screen.
• Name, studio, phone, location, and website fields in Settings and studio setup now stack in a single column on a phone instead of squeezing two per row. Name, studio, phone, and website fields also offer the right keyboard and autofill suggestions (for example, a phone keypad for the phone number).
• The Timelines dashboard's loading placeholder now matches its real card layout on a phone, so the page no longer jumps from two cards per row to one right after it finishes loading.
• Shot Lists now shows one card per row on a phone instead of squeezing two into a narrow row.
• First and Last Name on the sign-up page, and the Partner A, Partner B, wedding date, and location fields when creating or editing a wedding, now stack in a single column on a phone instead of squeezing two per row.

• A wedding-day view designed for your phone. Open a wedding on your phone to see a tap-friendly timeline with a "happening now" highlight, check off formal photo groupings as you capture them, adjust a block's times in 5-minute steps, and reach every vendor with one tap to call or text. Building timelines stays on desktop.
• The wedding-day view now works with no signal. Once you have opened a wedding on your phone, its timeline, shot list, vendors, and details stay available offline, with a note showing when the copy was saved. Shot check-offs made offline sync automatically when you reconnect. Timeline edits still need a connection.

• Archived weddings are now read-only. Change a wedding's status to make edits again.

• Daymarked can now be installed on your phone. Open the dashboard on your phone and tap Install, or find the option in Settings. iPhone users get step-by-step Add to Home Screen instructions.
