The timeline now shows a save indicator next to the timeline status badge: "Saving" while a block change is being stored and "Saved" once it is safe to leave or refresh. If a save fails, you see it right away instead of finding out later.

Dragging a block that sits at the coverage start or end line no longer moves the coverage window by mistake.
Agenda view: you can add blocks to the end of the night again. The add-block area now sits directly below your last block, above the golden hour, sunset, and coverage markers, so it is reachable even on smaller screens.
Typing a new time and clicking Save no longer loses the change in Safari and Firefox.
The client-visibility toggle (people icon) now saves the moment you click it, and the app warns you before leaving the page while a change is still saving — so a quick refresh can no longer undo your edits.

Importing a questionnaire or a filled response now sorts fields into the right section (Details, Family & Wedding Party, or Vendors) automatically. You can change any field's section in the review step before importing.

Build Timeline now reads your questionnaire's custom fields. A yes/no question that names a block (like a party bus) offers to add that block, time and location questions fill in its schedule, and checkbox questions (like reception events) become checklist items on the matching block.
Build Timeline understands more of how a wedding day runs. Blocks without a time start at the end of your ceremony (you can adjust before adding), paragraph answers that name a block are added to that block's notes, and a mention of a receiving line anywhere in the questionnaire adds it as a checklist item on the ceremony.

The Build Timeline window has a clearer layout. New blocks appear in day order on the left with questionnaire finds highlighted, updates to blocks already on your timeline sit on the right, and the button tells you exactly what will happen, like "Add 6 and update 2".
Build Timeline opens more smoothly: it loads in one request and shows a loading state instead of checkboxes flickering into place.
Blocks added by Build Timeline show up on your timeline immediately, including checklist items added to existing blocks. Previously some changes only appeared after a page reload.

You can now add your own questions to every section of the client questionnaire: Details, Family & Wedding Party, and Vendors. The Questionnaire page shows each section with its standard questions, and you can add, reorder, and move your questions between sections.
When sending a questionnaire, sections that contain your custom questions are pre-selected so they are not left out by accident. Sections with custom questions always appear for your couples, even on links you shared before adding the question.

The questionnaire section previously called "Basics" is now "Details", and "Family & party" is now "Family & Wedding Party".
Couples answer your custom questions inside the section they belong to, instead of in a separate "Custom fields" section. Existing custom questions moved to the Details section, and answers your couples already submitted are unchanged.
In Wedding Details, custom questions and their answers now appear in the tab they belong to: Details, Family & Wedding Party, or Vendor Team.

Build Timeline now works on timelines that already have blocks. Choose "Add only new blocks" to fill in what's missing without duplicates, or "Replace all blocks" to rebuild from scratch after a warning.
Changing ceremony, reception, or getting-ready times and locations in Wedding Details now updates the matching blocks on your timeline. Moving a start time keeps the block's length.

Build Timeline now uses the details currently on your screen, even if you haven't clicked Save Changes yet. Your edits are saved automatically when you build.
Deleting a timeline from the dashboard's list view no longer briefly opens a "not found" page for the deleted timeline.

The Questionnaire tab in Wedding Details now shows the couple's submitted answers, including who submitted them and earlier versions, plus a Copy Link button and a list of everyone it's been emailed to with a Revoke link option.
Send your questionnaire by email. Choose who receives it, add a personal note, and pick for each person between a simple link or a sign-in that also opens their timeline.

Wedding details are now organized into tabs: Details, Family & Wedding Party, and Vendor Team. The panel is now called "Wedding Details."
The questionnaire now has its own tab in Wedding Details. Send and import actions moved there from the header, next to a summary of when the questionnaire was sent and which sections are included.

You can no longer set a per-wedding accent color in wedding details. Timeline colors now come from your company branding settings. Any accent color already set on a wedding still applies.

Pressing Escape while a Wedding Details popup (like Send Questionnaire or Import) is open no longer closes the Wedding Details panel underneath it.
Deleting your account no longer fails if a questionnaire was ever sent from it.
If the Questionnaire tab fails to load, it now shows a message with a Retry button instead of spinning forever.
