• On a phone, you can create a wedding's shot list from the Shots tab. If your studio has no shot list template yet, you can start with Standard formals and customize it later on a computer.

Improved

• On a phone, the Shots tab shows a heading and count for each section, and shot numbers, in the same order as the couple's shot list and the PDF. The top of the screen shows the list's title and how many shots are captured. Names are joined with "+", and long titles wrap onto a second line.
• On a phone, a wedding with no timeline shows "Let's build the day" on one screen, without scrolling, with an example time in each empty time field. The Draft and Coverage buttons appear once the timeline has blocks.

Fixed

• Editing a shot list no longer clears shots already checked off on the wedding day, including shots a second shooter checked off on another phone.
• On a phone, the Shots tab now shows shot list changes right away, without reloading the page.

• With a timeline block selected, pressing the arrow keys, Enter, Delete or Backspace in the couple preview, a Share menu or another dialog or menu no longer moves or deletes that block behind it.

New

• In a wedding's Shot List tab, drag a grouping by its handle to move it within its section. On a computer, you can also point at the gap between two groupings and click + to add one there. A new grouping opens with its people field ready to type in.
• Shot list document settings: on the Share page, choose first or full names, show or hide roles, turn shot numbers on or off, and add print checkboxes. Each document has its own settings: the couple's, the team's and each custom audience's.
• In a wedding's Shot List tab, add people to a grouping by picking them from a list of the couple, family and wedding party, or type any name. Each grouping shows its people the way the couple's shot list does, using the couple's name settings. Click a grouping's title or its people to edit it. People already in the grouping stay in the list with a check mark; click one again to remove them. While you're editing a grouping, remove someone with the × on their name, and a new grouping's title fills in from the people you pick until you type your own. Any grouping's title is optional: clear it to leave the grouping untitled (a grouping with no people keeps its title), or type a title into one that has none, including the Individuals shots. A new grouping you leave with no title and no people disappears.
• Preview as couple now works for shot lists. Click the eye icon next to PDF on a shot list's Share button, in a wedding's Shot List tab or on the Shot Lists page, or on the Share page's Shot List row, to see the shot list exactly as your couple's link and PDF show it. You can copy the link or download the PDF from the preview, and on a computer, Document settings there shows the shot list's name options and updates the preview as you change them. Until your studio shares for the first time, a shot list's Share button shows only Preview as couple.
• A shot list's own link and PDF can now have a different header from the timeline. On the Share page's Shot List row, and in Document settings when you preview the shot list, turn Cover header, Contacts, Crew / team and Vendors on or off for the shot list. Until you change one of them, the shot list follows the timeline's header settings. When the shot list is part of the timeline, the timeline's header settings apply.

Improved

• In a wedding's Shot List tab, Regenerate now asks in a dialog, where you also choose the template (when you have more than one) and can open it with the cog. The template link is a cog next to Regenerate, and the note under the Other section is gone.
• On a computer, the Document settings panel in the couple preview now slides in and out instead of appearing at once.
• Several menus and dialogs, including Build timeline, now fade in instead of appearing at once, and the check on Copy link buttons fades in when a link is copied.
• Shot lists now show first names only, without roles, on the couple's link, the PDF, the guest portal and your day-of view. A last name appears when two people on the list share a first name. Existing shot lists switch to this format; to bring back full names and roles, turn on Full names and Show roles in the Shot List section of the Share page.
• On the day-of view, an Individuals shot now shows who is in it as its heading.
• The Shot List tab leaves extra room below the last grouping, and when formals are separated, the swap button shows a tooltip naming where the grouping moves.

Removed

• The up and down arrows on Shot List groupings. Drag a grouping by its handle instead.

Fixed

• If a wedding's document settings fail to load on the Share page or in the couple preview, a message now asks you to reload the page. Before, default settings could show, and changing one could replace the settings you had saved.
• With the Wedding Details panel open, the arrow keys, Enter and Delete no longer move or delete timeline blocks you had selected behind it.
• Closing and reopening a wedding's details no longer brings back an older version of its shot list.
• Clicking Save changes right after editing a wedding's shot list no longer drops that shot list edit.
• The couple preview opened from the Share page now always includes a document setting you changed just before opening it.
• A shot list's own link now shows the wedding's current vendors, as its PDF and the timeline link do. Before, it could show no vendors or an older list.
• On a short shared timeline or shot list, the Privacy link at the bottom of the page now shows without scrolling.

New

• On a computer, the couple timeline preview has Document settings: change the time format, end times, sections and more beside the timeline and see each change as you make it. Changes save as they do on the Share page.

Improved

• On a computer, the Share menu no longer shifts while it loads when the wedding has one link to share.
• Hovering the eye icon next to PDF in Share now shows Preview as couple.
• Before your studio's first share, the Share button's one option is now called Preview as couple, with no note above it.
• On a new, empty wedding, the Getting started checklist now appears once you choose Build my timeline or I'll build it myself. Building the timeline checks off Add a ceremony block.
• The Getting started checklist shows your progress as a gold bar under its title, which stays visible when the checklist is collapsed.
• The couple preview's toolbar is simpler: the view controls sit on the left, and settings, Copy link and PDF on the right. Desktop, Phone and Document settings are icons that show their names on hover.

Fixed

• On the Share page, a document setting that fails to save now goes back to its saved value instead of staying changed on screen.

New

• You can preview a timeline exactly as your couple gets it, as a link or PDF, and send it from the preview with Copy link or PDF. Open it with the eye icon next to PDF in Share. On a phone, tap Preview as couple in Share. Previewing doesn't use your free wedding, and the preview says when sending will.
• Until your studio shares its first timeline, the Share button opens the preview first, so you see your couple's version before you send it.
• While your free wedding is unused, sharing from the Share page or a shot list now asks first, since copying a link or downloading a PDF uses it.

Removed

• The eye button at the top of a wedding page, beside Messages. The preview now opens from Share.

Improved

• A new wedding's Details tab now has a short note on three details: building on the timeline fills in the ceremony, reception, and getting-ready details for you; phone numbers show on the share link and PDF; and picking the venue from the list shows sunset and golden hour. Each note goes away once that detail is saved.
• The First Look switch on the Details tab moved from Basic Info to the Ceremony section.

Fixed

• Typing a new venue name no longer keeps the sunset and golden hour of the venue picked before it. This applies to the New wedding form, the Details tab, and the couple's questionnaire. Pick the venue from the list to get its sunset.
