Changelog
0.69.0
New
- The next upcoming wedding on your Timelines page now carries a small gold "Up Next" mark, in both grid and list views, so you can always spot it regardless of how the list is sorted.
Improved
- A wedding whose date has passed now shows "Past" in its status pill, the same way an archived wedding shows "Archived", instead of a separate label next to the date. The subtle background shading on past weddings is also lighter.
- The Draft status pill is now sage green instead of grey, so drafts stand apart from past and archived weddings at a glance.
0.68.0
New
- You can now create a wedding straight from a filled questionnaire. On the Timelines page, the New Wedding button has a menu with Import from Questionnaire: pick a submitted questionnaire response or upload a filled PDF or spreadsheet, confirm the couple's names, date, and venue, and the wedding is created with their answers already in place.
Improved
- When a wedding already has questionnaire answers, the empty timeline now offers Build Timeline directly on the canvas instead of asking you to import a questionnaire again. One click opens the same builder you would find under Details.
Fixed
- The first change you made to a timeline block after opening a page could be silently lost: the time or text looked entered but never saved, and refreshing brought back the old value. First edits now save reliably.
- Digest emails and questionnaire reminders could stop sending. When enough was queued up, the 15-minute sweep that sends them ran out of time partway through and restarted from the beginning on the next run, so it never got to the end. It now works through the queue a bit at a time and picks up where it left off, and a slow or failing email provider can no longer stall the whole run.
- Emails that could not be delivered are now handled better. A send that is genuinely worth another try is retried, one that never could have succeeded is not retried at all, and anything still queued is sent on the next run instead of being dropped.
- A couple who had just filled in part of their questionnaire could still be sent a reminder about it.
- If the setup that lets Daymarked send email ever breaks, we now find out within minutes and can fix it, rather than finding out when one of your emails fails to arrive.
0.67.0
New
- Preview the client-facing surfaces for any wedding at desktop or phone width, without sending anything or signing in as your client: the questionnaire email, the reminder email, the client invite email, the questionnaire itself, and the client portal.
Improved
- Notifications for responses to your always-on questionnaire link now say "New questionnaire response" instead of "New couple inquiry".
Fixed
- A questionnaire response you have already confirmed or dismissed no longer shows in your notifications as still waiting for review.
0.66.2
Improved
- Behind-the-scenes maintenance and stability improvements.

0.66.0
Improved
- Signing in to view a wedding timeline now uses a one-time code sent to your email.
- Emails to your couples — the timeline invite, sign-in code, and questionnaire — now show your studio name, logo, and brand color.
Fixed
- On the Family & Wedding Party tab, the name boxes no longer shrink to a few unreadable characters when the browser window is part-width. The columns now fit themselves to the space available: three side by side on a wide window, two on a medium one, and one on a narrow one. On a phone, the role and relationship dropdowns sit under the name instead of beside it.
0.65.1
New
- Click a couple's name on the Shot Lists page to open that wedding's timeline. It works in both the grid and the list view.
Fixed
- Clicking Create shot list on a wedding with no family or wedding party now always takes you to that wedding's Family & Wedding Party tab. Before, if you had not built a grouping template yet, it showed the template message instead and left the wedding behind. You will still be asked to set up a template once the people are added.
