Your company's details and its look (the name, the colors, the logo your couples see) live in Settings, separate from any one wedding. Most of it is set once at signup and rarely touched again.
Company setup
Right after you create your account, Daymarked asks for your studio's identity: a Studio Name (required), plus an optional Location and Website. If you didn't already have a name on file, it asks for your first and last name here too.
The same three fields (name, location, website) carry forward into the Company tab in Settings, where an admin can update them at any time.
Branding
The Branding page controls how your studio looks on the two client-facing surfaces: the public share link and the exported PDF. Both draw from the same settings, so a change here shows up in both places at once.
You can set:
- A logo, plus a separate dark logo that's used automatically wherever your header color is dark enough to need it. Each one is a PNG or JPG under 2MB.
- Colors for the background, header and footer, and accent, plus separate swatch choices for header text and body text.
- Title and body fonts, picked from a small curated set.
A live preview updates as you adjust any of these, and a Reset to default button puts everything back to Daymarked's defaults in one click. An admin (that's you, if you created the studio) can make changes here at any time.
Your account
Your personal details (first name, last name, and phone) live under the Company tab in Settings, alongside the company fields, in a section labeled My Profile. Your email is shown but locked: it's tied to how you log in, so it isn't editable here. There's no password field in Settings either. To change your password, sign out and use Forgot password on the login screen.
The Account tab covers two things that don't fit anywhere else. Company admins get an Export company data link that downloads everything in your studio (timelines, clients, comments, and questionnaires) as a single JSON file. Below that, in a clearly separated danger zone, is Delete account, which permanently removes your studio and every timeline in it. It asks you to type a confirmation phrase first, since there's no undoing it.
