This Cookie Policy explains how Heartland AI Solutions, LLC (doing business as Daymarked, "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.daymarked.co and in the Daymarked app at app.daymarked.co. It lists every cookie and browser-storage item we set, what each one is for, and how to change your choice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage works in a similar way, so we list what we keep there too.
Your choice
- If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we don't set analytics cookies or send analytics data until you choose Accept in our cookie banner. The one exception is the anonymous visit counts on the pages our customers' clients use, described below. We work out where you are from your browser's time zone, and if we can't tell, we treat you as being in Europe and ask.
- Everywhere else, analytics cookies are on until you choose Reject.
- One choice covers both the website and the app, and we ask again after six months.
- You can change your choice at any time: use (also at the bottom of every page on our website, labeled Cookies), or the analytics switch in the app under Settings → Account.
- Strictly necessary cookies can't be switched off, because the website and app don't work without them. Rejecting analytics doesn't limit anything you can do.

Analytics
These are set only with your consent in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and elsewhere only until you reject them.

Pages our customers' clients use
On the pages couples and other clients use (questionnaires, intake forms, shared timelines, and the client portal), we never set an analytics cookie and never record sessions. We count visits anonymously, in your browser's memory for a single page load.
Without cookies
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and loading speed on the website and in the app without cookies or any identifier stored on your device.
- YouTube. Videos on our website load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play. From then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
- Stripe. When you pay, you're taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies there. Our website and app don't load Stripe.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the last change. How we handle personal information more broadly is in our Privacy Policy.
