On your phone, Share opens a sheet with Copy link and PDF for each version of your timeline. Copy link copies the link and opens your phone's share options, such as Messages and Mail. PDF opens them with the file, so you can save it to Files or send it.
On your phone, the Share page lists your timeline versions, and you can create, rename, edit, and delete custom audiences there.

On your phone, Preview as client fills the screen and shows emails at your phone's width.
On your phone, revoking a share link and deleting an audience ask you to confirm first.
A custom audience's list of blocks now sits above its document options.
The Share page tells you when you're offline and waits for a connection before saving changes.

On a computer, moving selected blocks earlier or later moves them by exactly the amount you choose, and a block that ends at midnight keeps its midnight end, as on a phone.
On a computer, Select all now selects blocks only, as Cmd+A does. Select a section on its own to move or delete it.
On your phone, the Move and Delete buttons keep their color while they work, and screen readers read each row's times, location, or description.

Shifting later blocks near midnight no longer fails.
If someone changes a block on another device while you move it, your move no longer overwrites their change.
If deleting several blocks fails, their sections stay where they were.
If a timeline change can't be checked for a moment, you now see a message to try again instead of "Not found" and a page reload.
On a computer, choosing Select all after asking to delete a section no longer deletes every block on the next Delete press.
On a computer, shifting later blocks saves the same times the timeline shows.
On a computer, adding a section right after a block someone just deleted now tells you to try again instead of doing nothing.

On your phone, you can now add sections to a timeline, edit their title, description, checklist, and visibility, move them, and delete them.
On your phone, tap Select at the top of the timeline to choose several blocks, move them earlier or later in 15-minute steps, or delete them together. To move one block or section, tap Move at the top of its editor. Tap Done, or an empty part of the timeline, to stop selecting. A block that ends at midnight keeps its midnight end when the rest move later.

On your phone, the coverage button at the top of the timeline now shows just the hours, such as "8h".

On your phone, a timeline left open now shows status and coverage changes made on another device when you come back to it, including in an open coverage sheet, so it no longer saves over them.

Building backwards from the ceremony no longer adds a second copy of blocks the timeline already has.

You can now build and edit a timeline on your phone. Start a new wedding from the ceremony time, add blocks, and edit every detail of a block, including times, location, notes, and sub-tasks.

On a phone, building the timeline from Wedding Details now shows the new blocks right away instead of after a reload.
On the wedding day, a reception that ends at midnight now shows as happening now instead of already past.

Shared timelines, questionnaires, client access links and intake links all start loading faster. A check that used to run before the page could render now happens at the network edge, which removes roughly a third of a second from the wait before anything appears.
