Changelog

New

• Build Timeline now works on timelines that already have blocks. Choose "Add only new blocks" to fill in what's missing without duplicates, or "Replace all blocks" to rebuild from scratch after a warning.
• Changing ceremony, reception, or getting-ready times and locations in Wedding Details now updates the matching blocks on your timeline. Moving a start time keeps the block's length.

Fixed

• Build Timeline now uses the details currently on your screen, even if you haven't clicked Save Changes yet. Your edits are saved automatically when you build.
• Deleting a timeline from the dashboard's list view no longer briefly opens a "not found" page for the deleted timeline.

New

• The Questionnaire tab in Wedding Details now shows the couple's submitted answers, including who submitted them and earlier versions, plus a Copy Link button and a list of everyone it's been emailed to with a Revoke link option.
• Send your questionnaire by email. Choose who receives it, add a personal note, and pick for each person between a simple link or a sign-in that also opens their timeline.

Improved

• Wedding details are now organized into tabs: Details, Family & Wedding Party, and Vendor Team. The panel is now called "Wedding Details."
• The questionnaire now has its own tab in Wedding Details. Send and import actions moved there from the header, next to a summary of when the questionnaire was sent and which sections are included.

Removed

• You can no longer set a per-wedding accent color in wedding details. Timeline colors now come from your company branding settings. Any accent color already set on a wedding still applies.

Fixed

• Pressing Escape while a Wedding Details popup (like Send Questionnaire or Import) is open no longer closes the Wedding Details panel underneath it.
• Deleting your account no longer fails if a questionnaire was ever sent from it.
• If the Questionnaire tab fails to load, it now shows a message with a Retry button instead of spinning forever.

New

• The client questionnaire is now split into sections: basics, custom fields, family and wedding party, and vendors. You choose which sections to send, and can turn on more sections later.
• Clients can now save each section as they go and finish the rest later.
• When clients view their timeline, they now see the coverage window, golden hour, and sunset marked on it, the same as you do.

Improved

• Questionnaire answers no longer overwrite existing wedding details when a field is left blank.
• Vendors now show on your shared timelines and PDF exports automatically whenever any are added, without turning on a setting first. You can still hide them in the share settings.

• Clients can now see which timeline blocks have comments, with a marker for new comments they haven't read yet.

• The view and active/archived toggles on your timelines dashboard now sit quietly as small icons until you hover or tab to them, keeping the focus on your timelines.
• Past weddings now have a lighter look: a subtle grey tint and a "Past" label, instead of the heavy greyed-out style. Archived weddings look the same as active ones, with the "Archived" status showing they are tucked away.

• The list view on the timelines dashboard now scrolls sideways on smaller screens instead of squashing the column headers together.
• The view, active/archived, and date sort buttons on your timelines dashboard now show a highlight when you hover over them.

New

• You can now archive a wedding straight from the three dot menu on the dashboard, without opening its timeline. Archived weddings can be unarchived the same way.
• An empty timeline now shows a "New Block" button so you can add your first block in a click, without dragging.
• A getting started checklist now appears on your timeline as a small floating guide: add a ceremony block, share with your couple, and customize your branding. You can collapse it or dismiss it anytime.

Improved

• Block types in the palette now highlight as you hover over them.
• On a blank timeline, the palette draws your eye to the Ceremony block as the starting point.
• The Ceremony block now sits on its own, set apart from the other block types, when adding blocks.
• On the timelines dashboard, the date sort and view controls now sit on the same row as the New Timeline button, so your timelines start higher on the page.
• The list view on the timelines dashboard is now a sortable table with Couple, Date, Location, and Status columns. Click a column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse the order.
• Wedding statuses are simpler: Draft, In Progress, Final, and Archived. A "Waiting on couple" tag now appears on weddings with an unanswered questionnaire, and past weddings are greyed out and marked "Past" on your dashboard.

Removed

• The status filter buttons on the timelines dashboard. Status filtering is being reworked and will return.

Fixed

• The notifications panel now closes when you open the Help or profile menu.

New

• Customize your timeline's background, header, and text colors, and choose title and body fonts. Your changes appear on the client and internal timeline, the share link, and the PDF.
• Upload a dark logo and it now appears automatically when you choose a dark header color.
• Settings is now organized into Company, Branding, Billing, and Account tabs.
